Brenda DeYoung

Brenda LuAnn (Waltz) DeYoung age 58 of Greencastle, PA transitioned to Spirit the morning of June 8, 2021 after her family surrounded her with love.

She enjoyed serving others through Greencastle-Antrim School District events, PTO, and Class of ‘81 Alumni.
She will be most remembered as being a loving and compassionate wife and mother with a heart of gold and truly touched the lives of all those she came in contact with.

Surviving family include her parents Harold and Carolyn Waltz, her brothers Vince and Randy Waltz, her husband of 30 years - James DeYoung, son - Adam DeYoung, daughter Karissa (DeYoung) Love and grandson Jimmu Kenn Love.

Memorial and Celebration of Life Services will be held at Community Grace Church - 5441 Buchanan Trail West Greencastle, PA 17225 - on Sunday June 13th, 2021 at 2pm. Brenda loved the beauty of flowers and the family would appreciate those gathered from home gardens or wildflowers while thinking of her to be brought to her service.
