Charles David Gordon, 70, of Fort Loudon, PA passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025 in his residence. Born March 3, 1955, in Chambersburg, he was the son of Dorothy Ann (Diffenderfer) Gordon and the late Charles Elwood Gordon.
Charles was employed as a welder for many years at Grove Manitowoc, Shady Grove then at Olympic Steel, Chambersburg. Charles loved to weld. In his free time, he would weld for others and work on welding for projects himself. He enjoyed hunting, working on old cars, Jeeps, and being in his work area where he would fix things for others with his fur babies by his side.
He is survived by three children, Mindy Clever (Tom), Amanda Bigler (Keith Boyce), and Chad Gordon (Kira); numerous grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; five siblings, Terry Gordon, Brenda Hess (Ronald), Robert Gordon (Robin), Robert Gordon (Robin), and Martha Reim (Scott).
In addition to his father, he is preceded by two brothers, Douglas Gordon and Wayne Gordon.
Celebration of Life will be private at the convenience of the family.
