Dorothy Jean Mills

Dorothy Jean “Dottie” Mills, 62, of Chambersburg, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026 in the Chambersburg Hospital surrounded by her family. Born June 11, 1963, in Lansdale, PA she was the daughter of the late Kenneth A. Hinckle, Sr. and Elsie (Hepfer) Hinckle.

She is survived by her loving companion of 33 years, Randy Sullivan; a daughter, Terri Arana of Fayetteville, PA; three grandchildren, Kirstien Gilbert, Kamden and Kinsley Betz; her siblings, Theresa Gordon (Leonard), Susan Gordon, Bobby Hinckle, and Lonnie Hinckle; two nieces, Jessica Parson and Nanette Gordon; three nephews, Christopher Gordon, James Gipe, and Kenny Hinckle, III; and a close great-nephew, Carter Parson.

In addition to her parents, Dottie is preceded in death by three brothers, Timothy Stendahl, Kenneth Hinckle, II, and Ronnie Hinckle.

Dottie enjoyed cooking, gardening, watching old movies, dancing, and loving her fur-babies. She also enjoyed going crabbing and fishing on the bay. Most of all she loved her "Sister Saturday's " with her  2 sisters talking and laughing or enjoying a flea market. 

A Celebration of Life will be set at a later date by the family.
