Dorothy Jean Smith, 87, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at her home in Laurel Lakes Nursing Home. Born August 27, 1936 in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Carrie (Lohman) Smith.
She is proceeded in death by her parents and two sisters Margaret Ann McPherson and Marybelle Williams.
Dorothy is survived by an extended family of nieces and nephews and her dear friend, Loise Plotner
She was Employed by Landis Machine Company for 30 years. She is also a member of Calvery Assembly of God Church since 1950.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday September 13th at 3:00 PM at Calvary Assembly of God Church in Waynesboro, PA.
The family will receive friends one hour prior the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Calvary Assembly of God Church, 116 Snider Ave., Waynesboro, PA 17268.
