Fernando Cotto Rojas, 75, of Shippensburg, PA passed away Wednesday February 12, 2025 at the UMPC Carlisle Hospital. Born January 29, 1950 in Maranjito, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Nandin Cotto and Petrona Rojas.
He is survived by his loving wife Blanca (Vazquez) Cotto and his son Miguel Cotto.
Fernando had a big heart and was a very loving person, who would do anything for his family and friends.
