Freddie Eugene Brown Jr.

Freddie Eugene Brown, Jr., 77, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Monday, February 23, 2026 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born December 1, 1948 in St. Albans, Vermont he was the son of the late Freddie Eugene, Sr. and Huldah Marguerite (McKenny) Brown.

Freddie served in the United States Army and was Honorably Discharged after eight years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, watching westerns and sports. He especially liked cheering on his favorite teams, the New York Yankees and Giants and the Boston Celtics. Freddie loved old cars and was looking forward to a road trip in a 1967 Ford Fairlane that was coming up.

He is survived by three children, Connie Snader, Freddie Brown, III, and William Brown all of Chambersburg; seven grandchildren, Lucas, Timothy, Jr. Cassidy and Snader, Peyton, Allia, and Callie-Kay Brown, and Selene Wagner; and one sister, Sherry Brown. In addition to his parents, he preceded in death by his wife Sharon (Benner) Brown whom he was married to for 35 years.
