Gary Eugene Harman, 70, of Gettysburg passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Born in Gettysburg, PA on September 2, 1951 to the late Donald Harman and Mary Louise Snyder.
He attended New Oxford High School. After graduation, Gary spent his professional career as a truck driver for multiple transportation companies. In his free time, Gary enjoyed billiards, chess, darts, playing cards, swimming, hunting, and visiting local landmarks including visiting Natural Dam, High Rock, and Devils Den.
Gary is survived by his children Chad and wife Andrea Harman, Michelle “Shelly” Harman, Brandon Harman and Lauren Grim and husband Nick. Gary is also remembered by his four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; aunts; uncles; and a number of cousins. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Debra Harman.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation Services, Chambersburg.
