Joe L. Sheppard, 69, of Orrstown, PA, passed away Monday, August 25, 2025, at the Mercy House, Chambersburg. Born August 13, 1956, in Valdosta, Georgia, he was the son of the late Matthew Tooley and was raised by the late Fred and Annie (Sheppard) McCloud.
He is survived by two children, Crystal Harrison and Joanna Sheppard.
