Lois Adams

Lois (Lancaster) Adams, 80, of Chambersburg, PA went home to be with the Lord Saturday, August 31, 2024 peacefully at home. Born May 9, 1944 in Brigham City, Utah, she was the daughter of the late Harland Frances and Ruth Janet (Boynton) Lancaster.

After receiving her master’s degree Lois was a teacher for many years. She loved shopping, antiquing, and going to yard sales. She also loved her little fur buddy, Ms. Kitty.

She is survived by two children, Amanda Hrenko (Douglas) of Cincinnati, OH and Andrew Adams (Annette) of New York, NY; two grandchildren, Jeremiah Carson and Ivy Hrenko; two step-grandchildren, Davis and Cecily Hrenko; sister Bonnie (Landcaster) Rung with husband Paul; nephew Adam Rung (Misty); niece, Gillian Mazzone (Peter); great nieces and nephews, Calder and Sawyer Rung and Lael and Tosh Mazzone with wife Jennie; and two great-grand nieces, Esme and Rhea Mazzone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Roger Lancaster.
