Merrily Ann Smith, 63 of Greencastle, PA went to be with her Lord and Savior after a long battle with ALS on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Born in Biloxi, Mississippi on June 11, 1957 to Jon William and Virginia Dunlap VanDeusen.
Merrily was a loving mother and a doting grandmother who loved to listen to her favorite Christian radio station, WCRH The Compass. She will be remembered as a beloved Sunday school teacher and caring servant to all. Her love for her family was immeasurable. We will forever miss her, but she will always be in our hearts.
Surviving Merrily are her parents, Jon and Virginia VanDeusen of Tucson, AZ; son, Joshua Smith (Audrey) of Hagerstown, MD; 4 daughters, Joanna Smith (Jay) of Phoenix, AZ, Susanna House (Andy) of Greencastle, PA, Becky Davis (Cody) of Waynesboro, PA and Melissa McGowan (Patrick) of State Line, PA, and 9 beautiful grandchildren.
Private services will be held at a later date.
