Michael L. Tinsley, 63, of Waynesboro, PA passed away Sunday December 22, 2024 at the Waynesboro Hospital. Born April 21, 1961 in Quonset Point Rhode Island, he was the son of Audrey (O’Neal) Tinsley and the late Ellis Tinsley
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter; Danielle Tinsley Baltimore Md.
