Randall E. Flores, of Waynesboro passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021. Born in Washington, D.C. on September 3, 1951 to the late Eugene & Gloria Flores.
He is survived by his daughter Cassandra Obradovich and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
