Stephen “Skeeter” E. Combs, 73, of Saint Thomas, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Chambersburg Hospital after a long battle with Congestive Heart Failure. Born in Ellicott City, MD on June 1, 1947 to the late Russell Ernest & Ethel Wilda Combs.
Steve worked in various professions throughout his life, most recently for Knouse Foods where he retired from. His passions were raising show pigeons and fast cars.
Per his wishes there will be no service.
