Troy Anthony Williams, 56, of St. Thomas, PA passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at his home. Born April 22, 1969 in Chambersburg, PA he was the son of the late William Roy Williams, Jr. and Mary Ellen (Teal) Lawes.

He is survived by his son Elijah Toney-Williams of St. Thomas, and his fiancé Stacy Keith.
