Virginia R. Payne, 81, of Mercersburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born August 26, 1943, in Phoenix, AZ, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Esther Ruth (Muller) Reynolds.
Virginia is survived by her three children, Paul Jack of Maryland, James Gardner, III of Mississippi, and Ruth Ann Montoya of Mississippi. She is preceded in death by her husband.
